This is what I currently finished. This wall is approx. 12 feet in Height X 91/2 feet in Length. This is the most detailed project I think I have ever done. This home is located in Mesa, AZ. The client Donna and I seem to been on the same wave link
mentally, she would think of what she would want on the wall one day and the next day, I painted it and surprised her. This project is fun, and I love it. It is her "Little Sicily" in memory of her Father, whom I feel had inspired us as I went.
Donna, it has been a pleasure to have worked for you. And I look forward to work for you again. Thank you for picking me. My best work by far.

This is how it all started....I started at the top. Putting in the clouds until we felt that they were right. Then the hills and vineyard. From the
right side, I added the first windowed apartment with flowers & vines and the aged look to the building. Then on the left side, I started the
second apartment, and kept working down on the left side, down to the smallest detail.
These are step by step pictures of how I went along in my painting.
Just click on a picture to see a close up of what I painted.
To the right is a close up of the tailor shop, and next to it is a close up
of the wheel barrel in the vineyard and next to it is a close up of the
café` and the espresso shop and winery. To the left are pictures of
the step by step showing of the detailed painting I did there. Below is
a close up of chef and other detailed pictures. In the Restaurant, it
was fun painting the shelves and then painting the things to go on
the shelves.
Below here is the finished Mural. I painted above the cabinets to make them columns. I chose the marble look using the same colors
that is in the cabinetry. I added sunbeams to come down onto the village, it is a special place. Because this mural is in the hall way of
this home, it was impossible to get the whole mural into one picture.
<This is a close up of the fountain that doesn't have water, but flowers.
Because of it's cracks, it can't hold water. I like this...
Here, I brought the floor tile into the Mural. When you are at the house, the feeling is
like you can walk right into the mural.
This picture was taken with
the lights off and no flash.
One of the things I did for
this mural was paint the
lights and some of the
windows and shops with
glow in the dark paint. The
client loves it. It looks like
when you turn the lights off,
people are living here. This
picture almost looks as if the
light post lights up the town.

From the owner's Cousin in Florida-
Donna,
That is absolutely incredible! It makes me long for the past - to be surrounded by
my family, all speaking in Italian. To a simpler life where everyone understood one
another and despite our individualities, we all got along.
What a terrific tribute to your dad.
Enjoy.
Can't wait to show my mom!
Give my love to your family.
Love,
Janice

IT!!!!! You know Grandpa would have fell in love with
it too!

Jewels,
You did a wonderful job here. Sure wish we could see
the whole mural in one picture, but I understand. You
painted this in a hallway? "Great Job" girl.
Just like we did we were young.
I'm glad you are finally making something of your talent.
Love Your Sister Always,
Victoria, Renton, Washington

This is for your "Little Sicily" masterpiece in my cousin's
home.
Donna,
this is such a unique idea. The artist captured Sicily in
such a fantastic way that I can imagine being there. Yes,
your Dad would have loved this. Tisha
